In 2020, Jamie Bowler achieved an impressive performance as the female record holder. She broke her own race record, setting a new time of 0:42:48, and earned a cash prize for her remarkable efforts.
In 2025, there are two individual prizes of $2,000 each available for the first male and female athletes to break the existing race records. These prizes are as follows:
- $2,000 for the fastest male who breaks the current male 3.6km Solo Swim record
- $2,000 for the fastest female who breaks the existing female 3.6km Solo Swim record
