Stall Holders

To ensure a successful and sustainable Busselton Jetty Swim 2025, the following terms and conditions apply to all exhibitors, vendors and stallholders. Any Exhibitor who does not adhere to these terms and conditions may be asked to leave the event.

1. Exhibitors must have their own Public Liability Insurance
2. Stakes must not be drilled into the grass. Weights must be used to secure marquees.
3. All spaces will be allocated by event organisers.
4. All items must be contained within the space allocated.
5. Exhibitors must bump in/out at the following times:
a. Saturday: bump in is between 8:00 am and 11:00 am and bump out is between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
b. Sunday: bump in is between 5:30 am and 7:00 am and bump out is between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm.
6. No vehicles may be driven on City of Busselton lawn
7. Spruiking and microphones are not permitted
8. Smoking is not permitted at any time on or around the event site
9. All operators consent to any photos and videos taken at the event to be used at the event’s discretion
10. Stallholders may only display signage and distribute promotional items within their designated activation space and not around the event site.
11. Each provider is responsible for their own structure
12. Each provider must supply their own structure, tools and securing equipment (weights)
