Busselton Jetty Swim sponsors, SN Services Perth, are taking on this year’s swim for an extra special cause.

The dedicated nurses at SN Services provide at-home care for people with complex medical needs. Through their subsidiary, SN Training, they also deliver accredited courses and specialist workshops to enhance the skills of nurses and carers across the community.

Each year, the SN Services team swims to raise funds and awareness for someone special — and this year, they’re swimming for Azzrah.

Azzrah’s journey has been challenging. At just six months old, he experienced his first seizure. By age four, he was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a rare and severe form of epilepsy. Alongside epilepsy, Azzrah lives with mild right-sided cerebral palsy, Level 3 autism, is non-verbal, and has an acquired brain injury following major brain surgery in 2021.

This incredible team of nurses is once again going above and beyond – taking on the Busselton Jetty Swim to support Azzrah and his family, while raising awareness for the conditions he faces.
